PostSubject: Hard to be a god- the book and the game   Mon Jun 29, 2009 4:18 pm

To be onest, i never read the book, i just found out about the game and the book from a monthly magazine i buy.although the title doesnt give such a great impact, the game itself gives you a blow.one of the best RPGs i've ever seen.like a combination of "mount and blade" and "titan quest", with a sci-fi theme and a medieval enviorment.this game recreates the medieval atmosphere, adding a touch of fantasy because of the first part of the story line and the creatures, and adding a sci-fi cover later on by introducing the main character to the "earthmen" (as he calls them) and a drop of humor with the many and funny interruptions of the story by long dialogues between the main character and his "observer".and best of them all?its uncensored, so yes, lots of swearing, lots of bad words and perfectly timed subtitles, with all the words.now this game isnt perfect, cause there are lots of leaks.the most common is that multiple fliing enemies that atack you usually atack in the same direction(eventhough its an advantage) or sometimes, in blocking when at back of the wall, you/ally get pushed in the wall and get stuck in it, then you must start over from last save.and the worst part, you must babysit you allies or you'll lose the game.hope to hear your oppinions.
