| Ok kiddies! I wasn't gonna show you anything at all but meh... might as well tease you a bit. Who wants ABYDOS?! Oh yea... Long awaited Abydos is finally done. It's good size, not big enough for flying and there is no place to gate two, but thats cuz there is so much detail that it wont let me add anything else! So give me a break ok! You can ask Shep, I've been working on Abydos since he started SG-EH!!! So here are some screenies of Abydos. Yup not gonna show you any mores! haha Of that place. Once I finish Paradise lost I'll show you the pics. It should be done tonight, I hope... And I really REALLY wanna do a Wraith Hive ship! I'll post more screenies of the rest of the updates soon... | |

| Great work. But I really do think a daytime skybox would benefit this map alot more. | |

SkyboxPart of a map displaying a sky effect (day or night) From this screenshots, it has a night time skybox. I think a day time skybox would look much better.

| I know what a skybox is, I'm just saying that there was no skybox in the pyramid on Abydos, or in the village. I'm not exactly sure what you're talking about past that. Just in case you're talking about how Dex got the aerial, not sure if you are and if you aren't, sorry, but the shots from the sky are because of either noclip mode or this option where you load the map and you're just an observer with no HUD the whole time, where no one is in the map, just like a tour. | |

I'm not stupid you know. I know there was no skybox in the pyramid because skyboxes are for exterior use only. I am not trying to make you or Dex feel like this map isn't worth it. I was simply giving an opinion. Last time I checked, I had a right to give an opinion... Anyway, great map Dex and I look forward to playing it very much.

| To clear things up, I'm thinking of a skybox like the one outside of the Atlantis tower, you know, something over looking something, ANYTHING from the sky. I'm not trying to be condescending or anything, I REALLY just don't know what skybox he's been talking about? If we're talking fun features for the map, then does he mean a skybox that overlooks the entire map? Or does he mean something else. Not trying to fight, I'm just getting confused too. But either way, great map Dex, can't wait to see more | |

| like he said, wen u look up and see the clouds and the sky in any map. that would be the skybox. in which case, every map, with an outside, has a skybox. | |
