RPG!

hey guys! Would anyone like to do a pen and paper Rpg online? kinda like dnd but with stargate? I found these books online (downloaded them my self) and they hold great info on stargate! They also explain on how to do your own game! they have rules and how to do dmg and everything! I think we could have alot of fun with this! Anyone wanna learn it with me?

its basically a messenger where we make our own chat room and have a table top and dice to play RPG games. Please guys this will be tons of fun! Its just like forum RPGs but with a combat system! ^_^

cool! and about the John sheppard thing...we are prob going to be using the storyline around what this game is going to be about. You would have to talk to Jack about possibly being Sheppard.

Amy, don't wanna be the old annoying man arround here.. and I havent talked to DeX or O'neill about it.. but posting torrent links isn't the smartest thing to do on the net.. People will find out you're downloading stuff.. also the people you don't want on your doorstep some day next week.. I'm not sure where you live, but especially in the USA lately people get fines that'll make you think twice.. and will make you live in a tent in the depth of winter

Posting links to torrents is perfectly normal, its done everywhere, people on one forum I go on post links to torrents for Stargate episodes all the time, plus its not like ANYONE can just Google "Stargate Event Horizon" and end up here,

First off Varrok, America is NOT having a big dilema of people getting the book thrown at them thanks you sir. Second, no one has posted rules saying no torrent linking, like John said, it's normal. Third, they can not harm the forum, at worst, they'd edit the post, freedom of speech IS it's own amendment. And fourthly, and this one is with all do respect, I assure you, Amy is just trying to post fun stuff, which this is cool, and we should encourage fun stuff, this is a forum of fun and RP, not polotics

This sounds actually cool, I've never been one for D&D, but this might get me into it

actually we won't get in trouble because I didn't post a torent. I posted a link to a link of the torent. PLUS it is legal to post links to torrents if the site you own doesn't have the actual content on it. IE: we don't have the actual stargate episodes on our site. Just links to where we can find it.

so what I did is perfectly legal...also if I post links to www.thepiratebay.com it is in fact legal because if you look on there page they state all the torrent laws and none of which are being broken for linking to them

also about being sheppard. yes atlantis is in our story line. I have no idea the timeline. Plus Jack wanted to use sheppard.... and Jack is the other MAIN admin so ya... whats why I said you should talk to him about it. But he won't be back for a week....I think 1 possibly 2... hes on vacation. But I don't see any harm being him while we figure out how things work.
