I am really bored so i will write and be productive. This is a story based on my char for the game.=P

When a child is born with the curse they are given a mask to wear at all times. Our Elders believe that this mask will shield us from the Gods wrath. Each child of the curse is forbidden to look into a mirror with out there mask on, for if they do the Gods will come and take them away. People live in fear of the cursed...they usually are forced to take solitary jobs such as servant work. There are some, in some cities the cursed are used as nurses...mostly because the parents leave them after birth in the care of the nurses. I am Amy. I am cursed.
We are a peaceful people and have long lost the heathen ways of violence. For why did we need it? The Gods have left my village alone for hundreds of years so it was only natural that no one saw them coming. They burned the cities down looking for the cursed...ripping off there masks to reveal there naked faces. It was only a matter of time before they found me.
A female Goddess came into the doctors hut. Her animal like warriors grabbed me and ripped off my mask. She then gasped and smiled. "This one..." she said and they took me to the golden Chariots of the Gods. I was escorted into a cold dark place until another woman entered my room. I bowed and covered my face in respect...for they had not given my mask back to me. The woman smiled. "Don't be scared. I come to offer you a great gift. I come to offer you great wisdom and a chance to change this galaxy for the better. If you so choose to accept this gift."
That was the first time I met her. The woman who would become part of me. Her name was Mert. She was what they call a Tok'ra. A Species that wanted to stop our Gods from taking over the Galaxy. To put an end to these tyrants. I accepted.
I found out when we combined, that I was not cursed. That infact the people of my village called us cursed because we showed great beauty. For they hoped that if the Gods saw us as an ugly species they would leave us alone. But they were terribly wrong. They would never leave any human race alone... for we are nothing but slaves to them.
Years went by. I studied the ways of a warrior as well as the ways of a healer. I made my way up in the Tok'ra world, hand in hand with Mert. Until one day I was asked to join an aliance with a "child" race of humans.
