Goa'uld Mothership

Ok so I got home about 11:30 last night and got board... so now several hours/can's of soda/a few beers/and lots of Anime later.... We have a start on a Goa'uld Mothership, with a stargate. Looks like Wades almost cuz I'm using his textures he gave me. But mine will have a control room, engine room, chambers, rings (if i figure out how to make them work ) and a glider bay you cam fly out of!







Oh and this is something I did when I was really board last night... lol



For now the DHD is just patch work... since the textures wont load on the model I want to use...

Dude, this looks great! I can send you come scripts and textures that are used for the SG maps if you want.

Gotta love mecha, Gundam is my all time fave of the anime world! I've seen all but maybe 3 of the gundam shows... I hate G-Seed though.. anyways here are some updates!

It's all looking really good, but are you guys gonna use a different death glider skin, I didn't ever really like Ra's Gliders.

1. No it does not have a set date as of yet.
2. Yes that is a Sarcophagus, and yes it will work.
3. Yes there will be a different Death Glider skin. Ra's where kinda of corny... and mine are more gray/brown like the show.
4. Yes cam I added your banner. And it links to your site.
5. Yes there will be Death Gliders.
6. I found a kool pic of the gate online and resized it, it's just brush work but it looks kool. I like to use it for testing really...

yea I knw and I did that to the model but I cant get it to export right... :*( the textures wont work on it... Also made another copy as the ORIGINAL stargate from the movie... but again... textures wont work...

As to why textures wouldnt be working.. did you check the size? it has to be 32x32, 64x64 and so on upwards..

I'd like to see the Movie gate in some maps, that'd make a pretty cool map for the mod

Yup, checked the sizes says "Shader Not Found" all over the model in GTK.. dunno whats up... And about the movie gate, I was gonna do a lil side map of the Movie SGC and Movie Abydos.

Be sure to remember that the Movie SGC is dark and almost colorless, well, very dark colors. There's also a missile shaft right below the ramp, leading to the gate
OH! I figured out why they used a new gate in the SG-1 series! When they decided to make the series, they went a storage area in a dessert in Nevada, easy storage. The gate was weathered and eroded, basically, it had gone to hell and back. Anyway, they made a mold of it, so they weren't making a gate from scratch. Plus! I like the gates with the lights and such
