1 am question

kk think of this! If 2 stargates, one on each world, where placed on the ground facing straight up and 2 Goa'uld ships above each of them. Would they be able to connect rings to each other? Like send the rings in the stargate and conect to the other ship on the other side?

Nope, its impossible to do such a thing,

Plus, its easier to put a Stargate in a Goa'uld ship and just dial them up Lol

Yes, the matter stream can pass through the dimension that the artificial wormhole exists in.
In the episode of SG-1, "Crystal Skull," Daniel was able to pass through the gate.
In season 9 of SG-1, when they activate Mirlin's out of phase device, Mitchell is able to pass through the gate.
And the doozey, in season 9, when they find Mirlin and are sent to other planets, they were transported as the Stargate activated. I doubt that the rings would work since they are built alongside the Stargate (but not a prototype, confirmed in Ark of Truth) plus it'd probably be pretty unsafe, but I think the Asgard beaming tech stuff could probably get the job done.
Rings work like this: Two sets of rings, one is activated and seeks out the closest ring pad in a certain distance, then the matter stream is sent, but I don't think the other rings could detect a set of rings through an artificial wormhole, very cool
