In Mitchell's Mind

OK, I've brainstorming for the better part of two months now, and, soon enough, I'm going to pull the trigger on my latest and possibly greatest project. Let me give you the rundown.
No synopsis, because this project has been dubbed: Super Secret Double Ultra Triple Dog Dare Classified.
I've been brainstorming some titles as well, and the best that I've come up with, is these two.
- Capricorn (The Constellation)
- Kolob (Not a reference to Kolob, which was originally imagined from the word Kolob)
- Haven
Those are the three I have.
Here's the progress so far.
- I've designed fighters, verbally, IE, dimensions, weapons, propulsion, computer systems, etc.
- I've begun basic plot outlining, which I will fill up when I start writing.
- I've designed Recon ships (Similar to Raptors from BSG).
- I've designed the main ship, which looks like it will be called Capricorn, which is a working title.
- I've contacted a Commander in the US Navy for information.
- I've also contacted an pilot aboard an Aircraft Carrier.
Here's how it's going to work out.
- It will be a Screenplay
- I'll write a Miniseries first
- If people like it, I'll make the series

Here's the thing though, this is for real. Those of you who've been to my site, will know, that I have a series called Warp Gate 0012. Warp Gate was intended not only for fun, but to MAYBE get noticed, but that's a slim chance at best. This miniseries is for the real deal.
Some of you may know that I originally planned to write a movie, then a trilogy at one point, but that's canceled to make way for this.

I don't know exactly when I'll start writing, but I'm intending it to be actiony, maybe a little drama, and a wee bit mythical.

Any thoughts?

Well, once I have it down, I'd love to run the story by you, to see how it goes with people.
By the way, should a series take place, I'd LOVE to have this song as the theme, shortened of course. It just fits so well with the series' feel.

I'm doing the last bits of story planning, and I'll move on from there.

Confirmed stuff.
- Ships's name is USS Arcturus
- Name of Miniseries, and in turn, series, is Arcturus
- It has a frakkin' awesome F/A-18 Super Hornet Dog Fight with alien fighters at the beginning, and I'm talking, DOG FIGHT!!!
- I've got a basic story set out, and I've begun typing the miniseries up. As of this minute, it is 28 minutes long, when it could be three hours long.
- It features the CVN-73 USS George Washington Aircraft Carrier in the beginning as well.
- Some names from Warp Gate 0012 will be popping up here and there as well.

Nice. I can't wait for this series. It sounds cool. And Arcturus? That's a KICK ASS name. Warp Gate names should be pretty cool too.

We're now at 85 pages. Which means 85 minutes/1 hour 25 minutes.

I don't know, I like Arcturus, but Sirius is pretty cool also. Perhaps the name of another ship?

Arcturus, is way to go! Maybe use Surius as like another ship thats part of the Arcturus's group :S
